- *Social Media Analyst (M1/M2\)**
We are seeking a proactive and detail\-oriented Social Media Analyst to manage social media interactions, monitor online conversations, support customer engagement, and generate insightful reports. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media platforms, excellent written communication skills, and the ability to respond effectively in a fast\-paced environment.
- *Social Media Management**
- Manage and monitor social media platforms including Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Quora.
- Track conversations, mentions, comments, and customer queries using social media monitoring tools.
- Ensure timely and appropriate responses to customer inquiries and feedback.
- Escalate critical issues and customer complaints to relevant stakeholders as per defined processes.
- *Analytics \& Reporting**
- Analyze social media performance metrics and customer engagement trends.
- Prepare periodic reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Create charts, graphs, and visual representations of data for internal and client reporting.
- Identify key insights and recommend actionable improvements.
- *Content \& Communication Support**
- Draft professional, accurate, and customer\-friendly responses across social media channels.
- Ensure all communication adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a polite and positive tone.
- *Client Coordination (at a later stage)**
- Coordinate with clients regarding ongoing social media activities and performance updates.
- Maintain regular communication and ensure timely delivery of reports and updates.
- Good understanding of social media platforms including Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Quora.
- Excellent command of the English language with strong grammar and writing skills.
- Ability to craft clear, professional, and courteous communications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong understanding of chart creation, data analysis, and data presentation.
- Ability to think on one's feet and respond effectively in real\-time situations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- *Experience \& Qualifications**
- Minimum qualification: Graduate (Bachelor's Degree).
- Candidates from English, Mass Communication, Journalism, Media Studies, or related streams will be preferred; however, educational stream is not a barrier for suitable candidates.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management, social listening, digital marketing, customer engagement, or related roles preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong social media knowledge and proficiency in MS Office are encouraged to apply.
- *Working Days \& Timings**
- 6\-day work week.
- One Sunday working day per month as per roster requirements. A compensatory off (Comp Off) will be provided for the Sunday worked.
- **Mumbai Candidates:** Work\-from\-home with mandatory reporting to the office once a week.
