Role Overview
We are looking for a creative, proactive, and camera\-friendly **Brand \& Content Strategy Executive** who can help build the brand’s voice across digital platforms, campaigns, website content, social media, and marketing communication. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with content planning, copywriting, digital marketing creatives, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
This role is suitable for someone who understands brand storytelling, can create engaging content, and is confident enough to appear in brand content whenever required.
Key ResponsibilitiesBrand \& Content Strategy
- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with the company’s business goals and brand positioning.
- Plan and create content for social media, website, digital campaigns, and marketing communication.
- Manage end\-to\-end content calendars, campaign planning, and communication schedules.
- Ensure consistency in brand tone, messaging, and visual communication across all platforms.
Digital Marketing
- Create and optimize content for Meta ads, including Facebook and Instagram campaigns.
- Develop copy for video ads, static ads, landing pages, promotional campaigns, and digital banners.
- Support customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through digital content and campaign ideas.
- Collaborate with the marketing/design team to create high\-performing ad creatives.
Social Media Management
- Manage the company’s social media presence across platforms.
- Plan content themes, campaign ideas, reels, stories, posts, and engagement activities.
- Monitor content performance, audience response, and engagement trends.
- Suggest improvements based on performance insights and audience behaviour.
SEO \& Website Content
- Write SEO\-friendly articles, blogs, product descriptions, and website content.
- Improve website content in terms of clarity, keywords, readability, and brand communication.
- Support content updates for landing pages, product pages, and promotional pages.
Brand Communication \& Coordination
- Coordinate with stakeholders who approach the brand or founders for events, collaborations, talk shows, exhibitions, partnerships, and promotional opportunities.
- Maintain professional communication with external partners, collaborators, agencies, and event teams.
- Support the founders/brand team in preparing communication drafts, briefs, and presentation content wherever required.
On\-Camera \& Content Participation
- Be comfortable appearing in brand videos, reels, behind\-the\-scenes content, product storytelling, and campaign shoots whenever required.
- Assist in creating relatable and engaging video content for social media and brand campaigns.
- Bring confidence, clarity, and a natural presence while representing the brand on camera.
Required Skills
- Strong writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Good understanding of social media trends, digital content, and brand marketing.
- Ability to write creative copy for ads, reels, posts, websites, and campaigns.
- Basic understanding of Meta ads, SEO, and digital marketing content.
- Comfortable with content calendars, campaign planning, and coordination.
- Camera\-friendly personality with confidence to appear in brand content when required.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand aesthetics.
- Ability to coordinate with teams, stakeholders, collaborators, and external partners.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience or internship in content creation, digital marketing, social media, branding, or communication.
- Knowledge of Instagram trends, reels, influencer collaborations, and digital campaigns.
- Basic understanding of Canva, Google Workspace, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools will be an added advantage.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate should be creative, expressive, confident, and brand\-conscious. They should be equally comfortable writing content, planning campaigns, managing social media, coordinating with stakeholders, and participating in video content whenever required.
Employment Type
Full\-time / Internship / Trainee role, depending on the candidate’s experience and suitability.
Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
