Job Summary

Homesol is looking for a creative and results\-driven Social Media \& Performance Marketing Executive to manage social media platforms, execute digital marketing campaigns, and support lead generation activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn pages.
• Plan and execute Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Create engaging social media posts, reels, videos, and marketing creatives.
• Support lead generation and digital marketing initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse metrics, and prepare reports.
• Optimise advertising campaigns to improve reach, engagement, and lead conversion.
• Coordinate with internal teams for marketing requirements and campaign execution.

Requirements

• Graduate in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in social media management and performance marketing preferred.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Familiarity with Canva and social media analytics tools.
• Good communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
