• *About the Role:**

We're looking for someone who can spot a trend before it trends, shoot it before it's cold, and turn it into a Reel before anyone else has even thought about it. If "**just one more take**" is basically your love language, keep reading.

• *What You'll Do :**

• **Shoot on\-ground content** independently for clients, events, and campaigns.
• Come equipped with an **iPhone** and the ability to handle shoots independently.
• Edit engaging Reels using **VN, CapCut**, or **Instagram Edits**.
• Identify emerging trends and turn them into timely, engaging content.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and brand managers to bring creative briefs to life.
• Step in front of the camera when the content needs a face, not just a voice.
• **Manage a social media page**, from content creation to audience growth.
• Track Instagram Insights and content performance to understand what works and why.
• Travel to other cities for shoots and events whenever required.

• *Who We're Looking For :**

• **1\+ year** of experience in social media or content creation. Candidates with strong internship experience and a solid portfolio are also welcome.
• Confident in shooting content independently using an iPhone.
• Hands\-on experience **editing short\-form videos and Instagram Reels**.
• Comfortable appearing on camera when required.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, trends, storytelling, and what makes people stop, watch, engage, and share.
• Creative and proactive, with the ability to turn a brief into an idea without step\-by\-step instructions.
• Curious about analytics and understanding why certain content performs better than others.
• Proficient in speaking and understanding Telugu.
• Flexible with working hours, including late\-night shoots, and open to travelling when required.
• Adaptable across industries such as Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, and F\&B.
• A personal content page or portfolio showcasing your work is a plus.
