Social Media & Content Manager (AI-Powered)

About the Role

We’re looking for a hands\-on social media manager to own our entire content pipeline — from filming and editing to posting, growth, and analytics — across LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram. You’ll use AI tools (including Claude) to speed up scripting, editing, captioning, and scheduling, while staying focused on organic audience growth.

Responsibilities

• Shoot, edit, and publish short\-form and long\-form video content
• Write and repurpose posts/captions across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
• Manage content calendar and consistent posting schedule
• Use AI tools to speed up editing, scripting, and repurposing content across formats
• Track analytics, identify what’s working, and adjust strategy to grow followers/engagement organically
• Stay current on platform trends, algorithm changes, and formats (Reels, Shorts, carousels, etc.)
• Repurpose one piece of content into multiple formats across platforms

Requirements

• 1–3\+ years managing social media/content for a brand or creator
• Skilled in video shooting and editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
• Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude, editing AI, thumbnail/caption generators)
• Strong understanding of platform\-specific growth tactics (SEO for YouTube, hashtags/reels for Instagram, LinkedIn algorithm)
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar)
• Data\-driven — comfortable reading analytics dashboards
• Excellent written communication

Nice to Have

• Experience growing a personal brand/thought\-leadership account from scratch
• Knowledge of paid boost/ad basics (not required, but a plus)

Pay: ₹11,379\.22 \- ₹43,103\.74 per month
