Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and highly organized Social Media Executive to manage and grow our brand's digital presence across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be a multitasker with a passion for fashion, strong content creation and copywriting skills, and hands\-on experience in graphic designing. They should be capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously while ensuring consistent brand communication and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, and other relevant channels.
• Develop creative content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal collections.
• Write compelling captions, social media copies, blogs, and promotional content that reflects the brand's voice.
• Design visually appealing creatives, reels, stories, banners, and other digital assets using graphic design tools.
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, influencers, models, and internal teams to execute content shoots and campaigns.
• Capture and create basic photo and video content for social media whenever required.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital trends to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and customer queries in a timely manner.
• Track social media performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements based on analytics.
• Collaborate with performance marketing, merchandising, design, and e\-commerce teams to support overall marketing objectives.
• Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity.
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively while meeting deadlines in a fast\-paced environment.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, Graphic Design, Fashion Communication, or a related field.
• **1–3 years of experience as a Social Media Executive or in a similar role with a fashion retail, apparel, D2C fashion, or women's wear brand is mandatory.**
• Proven experience in handling social media for fashion or lifestyle brands with a strong portfolio of content and creatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong content writing and copywriting abilities.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.
• Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging social media platforms.
• Knowledge of social media analytics, Meta Business Suite, and content scheduling tools is preferred.
• Strong creativity with an eye for aesthetics, branding, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
• Passion for fashion, digital marketing, and content creation.

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
