We're looking for a creative and result\-oriented **Social Media \& Digital Marketing Executive** who can manage digital platforms, build brand presence, and drive audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• *1\. Social Media Management**

• Manage and grow Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other social media platforms.
• Plan, create and execute engaging content strategies.
• Develop monthly content calendars and posting schedules.
• Monitor comments, messages, audience engagement and trends.
• Maintain consistent brand identity across platforms.

• *2\. Digital Marketing \& Campaigns**

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.
• Manage Meta Ads (Facebook \& Instagram).
• Work on lead generation, audience targeting and brand awareness.
• Monitor campaign performance, reach, impressions and conversions.
• Analyze insights and prepare performance reports.
• Explore new digital marketing opportunities to improve online growth.

• *3\. Content \& Creative Strategy**

• Identify trending topics, hashtags and content opportunities.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors and content creators.
• Develop creative campaign ideas for reels, posts, stories and promotional activities.
• Research competitors and industry trends.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
• Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager.
• Familiarity with Canva and AI\-powered content tools.
• Basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics and digital advertising.
• Excellent communication and creative thinking.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on performance and growth.
