What You’ll Do

• Strategy \& Execution: Build and execute comprehensive, platform\-specific social media roadmaps.
• Deep\-Dive Research: Run competitor analysis, track emerging formats, and monitor shifting audience behaviors.
• Trend Hacking: Translate viral hooks, cultural moments, and industry updates into measurable brand growth.
• Content Planning: Own and map out a structured, highly engaging content calendar.
• Performance Analytics: Track core metrics, find patterns in what works, and constantly optimize for reach and engagement.

What We’re Looking For

• 1\+ years of solid experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or Content Strategy.
• Native understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Exceptional analytical skills—you know how to turn raw data into actionable content experiments.
• Strong communication, seamless collaboration skills, and an uncompromising eye for detail.
• A stellar portfolio demonstrating real impact and growth.
