Ø Develop, implement, and manage social media campaigns across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.) tailored to the travel industry.
Ø Create engaging, visually appealing, and shareable travel\-related content including posts, reels, blogs, and stories.
Ø Collaborate with the design team for graphics, videos, and promotional creatives.
Ø Monitor travel trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to design relevant campaigns.
Ø Manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI.
Ø Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, leads, conversions) and prepare monthly reports.
Ø Respond to queries, comments, and messages across platforms in a timely and professional manner.
Ø Build partnerships with travel influencers and bloggers to promote brand visibility.
Ø Optimize company website/blog through SEO\-focused content for travel destinations and packages.
Ø Assist in planning and executing seasonal campaigns (festivals, holiday offers, special packages).
Ø Passion for travel and tourism.
Ø Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ø Out\-of\-the\-box thinker with a trend\-savvy mindset.
Ø Self\-motivated with a data\-driven approach.
Ø Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related field.
Ø Proven experience (2–5 years) in social media marketing, preferably in the travel/tourism/hospitality industry.
Ø Strong understanding of major social media platforms and travel audience behavior.
Ø Knowledge of paid ads, influencer marketing, and content strategy.
Ø Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and social media analytics tools.
Ø Creative storytelling and copywriting skills with a travel\-oriented tone.
Ø Ability to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines.
Ø Photography, video editing, or graphic design skills will be an added advantage.
