Social Media Executive

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Create, shoot, and edit engaging reels, short\-form videos, and social media content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
• Be comfortable appearing in front of the camera and presenting in videos whenever required.
• Handle DSLR cameras and basic lighting equipment for content shoots.
• Create and manage monthly content calendars for client accounts, ensuring timely content planning and execution.
• Schedule and publish content using Meta Business Suite and other social media management tools.
• Create, curate, and publish daily social media content, including posts, stories, reels, captions, and hashtags.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to ensure content aligns with brand objectives and campaign strategies.
• Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats to generate fresh content ideas.
• Coordinate and execute on\-site shoots whenever required.
• Track content performance and provide recommendations to improve engagement and reach.

• *Requirements:**

• 1–3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or video production.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
• Hands\-on experience with Meta Business Suite for content scheduling and account management.
• Experience handling DSLR cameras and basic video production equipment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and creating video content.
• Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize and execute content ideas independently.
• Knowledge of content planning, social media analytics, and audience engagement strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines in a fast\-paced environment.

• *Preferred Qualifications:**

• Prior experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency.
• Experience managing social media accounts across multiple industries.
• Knowledge of social media advertising and performance metrics.

Pay: ₹12,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
