Social Media Executive

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and results\-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow our company's online presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing social media accounts, executing digital marketing campaigns, and increasing brand awareness for our insurance and logistics businesses.

The candidate should have strong communication skills, creativity, and an understanding of social media trends, digital marketing strategies, and audience engagement.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage and maintain company profiles on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant social media platforms.
• Develop, plan, and publish engaging content, including posts, banners, reels, videos, and promotional creatives.
• Create content related to insurance services, trucking insurance, freight brokerage, logistics, transportation, and company updates.
• Develop and implement social media calendars and content strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Write professional captions, promotional content, blogs, and engaging posts with relevant hashtags and keywords.
• Monitor social media engagement, followers, reach, impressions, and campaign performance.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Track performance metrics and prepare regular social media reports.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging and ensure all published content follows company guidelines.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing; relevant industry experience is preferred.
• Strong written English and content\-writing skills.
• Good knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
• Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and social media scheduling tools.
• Basic understanding of SEO, hashtags, social media analytics, and lead generation.
• Creativity, attention to detail, time management, and the ability to meet deadlines.

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Experience in the insurance, trucking, transportation, freight brokerage, or logistics industry.
• Basic video editing skills for reels and promotional videos.
• Familiarity with paid social media campaigns and performance tracking.
