We are looking for an experienced, performance\-driven Social Media Executive to lead our social media content strategy and creative direction. The candidate will be responsible for content planning, storytelling, hooks, audience retention, and overall content performance.

This is a strategy\-led role requiring strong decision\-making skills and the ability to guide editors and marketing teams.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Develop and lead content strategies across social media platforms.
• Review raw footage and identify strong content opportunities.
• Define hooks, storytelling, retention points, and content structure.
• Provide clear editing instructions, including cut maps and key moments to retain.
• Ensure content aligns with platform trends and audience behaviour.
• Evaluate content performance and optimise strategies accordingly.
• Take ownership of final content decisions and publishing readiness.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• 2\+ years of experience in content or social media strategy.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Reels, and other digital platforms.
• Expertise in hooks, audience retention, storytelling, and engagement.
• Experience reviewing video content and guiding editing teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, and decision\-making skills.
• Ability to identify high\-performing content and reject weak content ideas.

This is a senior, strategy\-focused position, not a video editing, designing, posting, or community management role. Candidates must have hands\-on experience in content strategy and performance\-driven social media growth.
