• *Shreelok** is our 3D spiritual and devotional mobile application designed to bring India's sacred temples, deities, devotional traditions, and spiritual experiences to users through interactive technology.

We are looking for a **creative and passionate Reel Creator \& Video Editor** who can transform Shreelok's spiritual experiences into engaging, visually appealing, and high\-quality social media content.

Key Responsibilities

• **Reel Creation:** Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels, and other short\-form videos promoting the Shreelok app.
• **Video Editing:** Edit raw footage, screen recordings, 3D temple visuals, devotional content, and promotional videos into professional\-quality reels.
• **Creative Storytelling:** Develop compelling video concepts featuring Hindu temples, deities, mythology, festivals, mantras, and spiritual experiences.
• **AI Content Creation:** Use AI\-powered video generation, image generation, animation, and editing tools to produce innovative content.
• **App Promotion:** Create promotional reels highlighting Shreelok's virtual temple experiences, darshan, aarti, mantras, and interactive features.
• **Motion Graphics:** Add attractive transitions, visual effects, subtitles, animations, music, and sound effects.
• **Trend Research:** Identify relevant Instagram and YouTube trends and adapt them creatively for spiritual and devotional audiences.
• **Content Planning:** Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop weekly and monthly reel calendars.
• **Platform Optimization:** Optimize videos for audience retention, engagement, reach, and app downloads.
• **Brand Consistency:** Maintain Shreelok's premium visual identity, cultural authenticity, and devotional atmosphere.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar video editing software.
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and short\-form video storytelling.
• Experience in creating eye\-catching hooks, transitions, cinematic effects, and engaging video sequences.
• Knowledge of AI creative tools such as Runway, Kling AI, Pika, Midjourney, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of video formats, aspect ratios, audio synchronization, and social media optimization.
• Ability to work with 3D animations, app screen recordings, and motion graphics.
• Good creative judgment, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Interest in Indian spirituality, temples, mythology, and devotional content.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Multimedia, Animation, Film Production, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Previous experience creating viral reels or promotional videos.
• Experience working with mobile apps, gaming content, devotional brands, or digital marketing agencies.
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Canva, Blender, or Unity is an advantage.
• Ability to develop creative concepts independently.
