• *About the Role**

We are looking for a creative and detail\-oriented **Social Media Executive** to manage our company’s social media presence across all platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital marketing, able to create engaging content, and skilled in growing brand visibility and audience engagement.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.).
• Create engaging and on\-brand content (posts, reels, stories, captions, etc.) to attract and engage audiences.
• Plan and schedule content calendars to ensure consistent posting and brand tone.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics and suggest improvements.
• Stay up\-to\-date with the latest trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes.
• Support in running paid campaigns, influencer collaborations, and brand promotions.
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies for social media engagement.

• *Requirements**

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
• Strong understanding of all major social media platforms.
• Creative mindset with excellent communication and writing skills.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools is a plus.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast\-paced environment.

• *Preferred Skills**

• Experience in running paid ads and managing budgets.
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
• Understanding of influencer and community marketing.
