About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and creative Social Media Executive with 2 years of experience in developing and executing social media strategies that deliver measurable results for clients. The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital trends and be capable of managing end\-to\-end social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Plan, manage, and publish content across various social media platforms.
• Create content calendars and ensure timely execution of campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze insights, and optimize strategies to improve engagement and results.
• Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging content, including static posts, reels, and videos.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and AI tools that enhance content creation, productivity, and campaign execution.
• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, provide updates, and ensure successful campaign delivery.
• Generate innovative campaign ideas that help clients achieve business goals.
• Assist in planning and coordinating content shoots; experience in handling shoots is an added advantage.

Requirements

• 2\+ years of experience in social media strategy and execution, preferably in an IT company or digital marketing agency.
• Proven ability to plan and execute campaigns that drive measurable client results.
• Strong communication, creative thinking, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with AI\-powered tools for content creation, ideation, research, and workflow optimization.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines in a fast\-paced environment.
• Experience in handling video shoots will be an added advantage.
