• *Role Overview:**

FilmCrewIndia is looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Executive to manage and grow our digital presence across platforms. The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, content strategy, SEO fundamentals, and audience engagement within the media and entertainment industry.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Plan, create, and manage content across social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and platform growth.
• Optimize social media content using SEO best practices, keywords, hashtags, and platform algorithms.
• Monitor analytics and performance metrics to improve campaigns and engagement rates.
• Coordinate with the design and marketing teams to create visually engaging and relevant content.
• Stay updated with industry trends, digital marketing innovations, and entertainment industry conversations.
• Manage community engagement including responding to comments, messages, and user interactions.
• Run and optimize paid social media campaigns when required.

• *Required Qualifications:**

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• MBA (Marketing/Digital Marketing) or degree in Media, Mass Communication, or related field.
• Strong understanding of SEO, social media algorithms, and digital content optimization.
• Experience using social media management and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
• Creative mindset with an understanding of visual content and branding.

• *Preferred Skills:**

• Experience working with media, entertainment, film, or creative industry brands.
• Knowledge of content calendars, influencer collaborations, and campaign planning.
• Basic understanding of performance marketing and digital advertising.
