From creating engaging posts to exploring trending content and connecting with audiences, you’ll get the opportunity to make a real impact across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Create fresh and engaging social media content that grabs attention and gets people talking.
• Write catchy captions, interesting hooks, creative posts, and scripts for Reels and videos.
• Keep an eye on the latest trends, viral content, and popular formats to come up with new ideas.
• Plan, schedule, and publish content across different social media platforms.
• Explore relevant hashtags, keywords, and trending topics to help content reach the right audience.
• Work closely with graphic designers and video editors to turn creative ideas into eye\-catching content.
• Maintain a content calendar and make sure posts are published on time.
• Keep track of likes, comments, shares, reach, and engagement to understand what audiences enjoy most.
• Stay updated with new social media features, trends, and changing audience interests.

What We’re Looking For

• A bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
• Good English writing and communication skills.
• A creative mindset and a genuine interest in social media.
• An understanding of what makes people stop scrolling and engage with content.
• Someone who enjoys exploring trends and thinking outside the box.
• The ability to manage tasks, meet deadlines, and work well with a team.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn, experiment, and grow in digital marketing.
