Social Media Executive

Furniture BoutiQ Private Limited is a premium handcrafted furniture manufacturer specializing in solid wood, upholstered, and luxury furniture for customers across India and international markets. We are looking for a creative and performance\-driven Social Media Executive to strengthen our online presence, increase brand awareness, and generate quality leads through engaging content.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• Design engaging posts, reels, stories, and short\-form videos showcasing our furniture collections.
• Write compelling captions, hashtags, and promotional content.
• Schedule and publish content according to the monthly content calendar.
• Monitor social media performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries promptly.
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and the marketing team for content creation.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
• Collaborate with influencers and content creators to expand brand reach.
• Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns, giveaways, and product launches.
• Work closely with Meta Ads and Google Ads teams to support marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in social media management.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
• Experience with video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or VN is an advantage.
• Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
• Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Passion for interior design, furniture, or home décor is a plus.
