Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage and grow our company's social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of social media trends, content creation, audience engagement, and brand promotion.

The candidate will be responsible for showcasing our rugs, carpets, and home furnishing products through engaging content that builds brand awareness and attracts potential customers in domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain company social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
• Create and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, and videos featuring rugs, carpets, and home furnishing products.
• Develop a monthly social media content calendar and ensure timely posting.
• Write creative captions, relevant hashtags, and SEO\-friendly social media content.
• Coordinate with the design and photography teams to create attractive visual content.
• Follow the latest social media trends, reels formats, and competitor activities.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and support customer inquiries.
• Monitor social media performance, reach, engagement, and follower growth.
• Prepare regular performance reports and suggest improvements.
• Support brand awareness campaigns and lead generation through social media.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
• Basic skills in content creation, copywriting, and social media management.
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or similar creative tools.
• Understanding of hashtags, social media algorithms, and engagement strategies.
• Good communication and creative thinking skills.
• Ability to plan content, meet deadlines, and work independently.
• Knowledge of photography, video editing, and social media analytics will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month
