Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to manage the company's social media platforms, create engaging content, increase brand awareness, and improve audience engagement across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
• Plan, create, schedule and publish social media posts, reels, stories and promotional content.
• Write engaging captions, content copies and relevant hashtags.
• Develop and maintain a social media content calendar.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors and marketing teams for content creation.
• Monitor comments, messages and audience interactions and respond professionally.
• Track social media trends, competitor activities and audience preferences.
• Monitor performance metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement and follower growth.
• Prepare regular social media performance reports and suggest improvements.
• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns and paid promotions, if required.

Required Skills

• Good understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
• Strong content writing, creativity and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Canva or similar graphic design tools.
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and social media analytics tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good coordination, time management and problem\-solving skills.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing or a related field is preferred.

Experience

0\-1 years of relevant experience in social media management or digital marketing is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
