Social Media Executive

The Social Media Executive will be responsible for managing the institute's social media presence, creating engaging content related to UPSC/Civil Services preparation, increasing brand awareness, and generating student inquiries through digital platforms.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

Manage and maintain social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Telegram.

Create, schedule, and publish daily posts, reels, stories, and videos.

Design engaging content related to UPSC preparation, current affairs, toppers' strategies, success stories, and institute activities.

Coordinate with faculty members to create educational and promotional content.

Monitor social media trends and implement creative campaign ideas.

Respond to comments, messages, and student queries on social media platforms.

Track and analyze social media performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.

Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns for admissions, seminars, webinars, and workshops.

Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and content writers to produce high\-quality content.

Manage online reputation and ensure timely resolution of student concerns raised on social media.

Stay updated on UPSC exam trends and current affairs to create relevant content.

• *Required Skills:**

Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or other design tools.

Understanding of social media analytics and content planning.

Creativity in content creation, reel ideas, and audience engagement.

Basic video editing skills are preferred.

Knowledge of UPSC/Civil Services examination trends is an advantage.

• *Qualifications:**

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, English, or any related field.

2–3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
