We are looking for a creative, energetic, and camera\-friendly Social Media Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about social media, content creation, and digital marketing trends. Since our agency actively promotes its expertise through social media, the candidate must be comfortable appearing in reels and videos representing the company and its services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the company's social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
• Plan, create, and execute engaging social media content calendars.
• Create compelling reels, videos, stories, and posts showcasing company services, client success stories, industry insights, and trends.
• Confidently appear in social media videos, reels, educational content, and promotional campaigns for the company.
• Write engaging captions, social media copy, and content aligned with the brand voice.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and viral content formats.
• Coordinate with designers, video editors, and the marketing team to produce high\-quality content.
• Monitor social media performance and generate reports with actionable insights.
• Engage with followers, respond to messages and comments, and help build an active online community.
• Support client social media campaigns and contribute creative ideas for content and engagement.
• Assist in influencer collaborations, brand partnerships, and digital marketing initiatives.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking on camera and recording videos for company reels and marketing campaigns.
• Strong creativity, storytelling ability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast\-paced agency environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Experience working in a digital marketing agency.
• Knowledge of social media advertising and campaign management.
• Basic photography and videography and editing skills.
