A **Social Media \& Communication Executive** is responsible for managing and growing the company's social media presence and implementing communication strategies. Key responsibilities include:

• **Social Media Management**: Overseeing social media profiles, creating and scheduling content, engaging with the audience, and running campaigns.
• **Communication Strategy**: Handling internal and external communication, including press releases and public relations.
• **Content Creation \& Editing**: Writing content, creating visuals, and producing video content for social media platforms.
• **Analytics \& Reporting**: Monitoring social media performance, generating reports, and analyzing audience behavior.
• **Collaboration**: Working with other teams to align strategies and maintain relationships with influencers and partners.
• **Social Listening \& Community Management**: Monitoring brand mentions and fostering online communities.
• **SEO \& Digital Marketing**: Ensuring content is optimized for search engines and managing paid social media ads.
• **Event and Campaign Support**: Supporting campaigns and providing social media coverage for events.

This role requires a mix of creative, analytical, and communication skills to effectively manage brand presence and audience engagement across various platforms.
