Position Overview
We are looking for a creative and execution\-focused **Social Media Executive** who is passionate about content creation, social media trends, and digital storytelling.
You will be responsible for managing the online presence of multiple brands, creating engaging content, coordinating with designers and photographers, planning monthly content calendars, and building communities across digital platforms.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both creativity and execution and wants to work on premium consumer brands.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management
- Manage the day\-to\-day activities of multiple social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Schedule, publish, and monitor content according to approved content calendars.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
Content Creation
- Capture photos and videos during product shoots, events, activations, and office activities.
- Create engaging Reels, Stories, Posts, and short\-form videos.
- Write compelling captions aligned with each brand's tone of voice.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and video editors to produce creative assets.
Content Planning \& Strategy
- Assist in developing monthly content calendars.
- Research industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging content formats.
- Generate creative campaign and content ideas that align with brand objectives.
Community Management
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Build positive engagement across brand communities.
- Escalate customer concerns to the appropriate internal teams when required.
Influencer \& Brand Collaborations
- Research and identify suitable influencers, creators, and collaboration opportunities.
- Coordinate influencer campaigns and maintain communication throughout campaign execution.
Performance Tracking
- Monitor key performance metrics including engagement, reach, impressions, follower growth, and content performance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Recommend improvements based on analytics and audience behavior.
Skills \& QualificationsRequired
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Media, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging social platforms.
- Basic photography and videography skills.
- Proficiency in Canva and basic video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Express, Premiere Rush, or similar).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously.
Preferred
- Experience working with FMCG, Food \& Beverage, Hospitality, Lifestyle, or Consumer Brands.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling tools.
- Basic understanding of paid social media campaigns and analytics.
- Portfolio showcasing previous social media work.
