What You'll Do

Manage and grow our presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other social platforms.

Create engaging content including posts, reels, carousels, videos, and campaigns.

Plan and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.

Manage and optimize paid campaigns through Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

Track performance, analyze insights, and continuously improve campaign results.

Collaborate with content and design teams to deliver impactful marketing campaigns.

Build and engage online communities while driving high\-quality leads.

What We're Looking For

2\+ years of experience in Social Media Management.

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and analytics.

Hands\-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

Proficiency in Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar tools.

Strong copywriting, creativity, and analytical skills.

Bonus Points If You Have

Experience in the EdTech, IT Training, or Certification industry.

Video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.).

Knowledge of branding, storytelling, SEO, and lead generation strategies.
