• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Research Indian\-American associations, cultural organizations, and educational communities across the US.
• Identify key decision\-makers and establish professional connections.
• Build and maintain relationships with association representatives and community leaders.
• Introduce ShiningAce's educational programs and explore collaboration opportunities.
• Coordinate partnership activities, educational webinars, and community events.
• Generate business opportunities through networking, referrals, and partnerships.
• Maintain outreach databases and track meetings, follow\-ups, and partnership progress.

• *Requirements:**

• Experience in business development, B2B partnerships, or relationship management.
• Education industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Ability to independently manage outreach and develop partnerships.

Pay: ₹22,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
