About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive with at least 1 year of experience to manage and grow social media presence for multiple clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of social media platforms, and the ability to create engaging content that drives brand awareness and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and Pinterest.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content as per the content calendar.
• Write compelling captions, posts, and social media copy.
• Coordinate with graphic designers and content teams for creative development.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry updates.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
• Track and analyze social media performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
• Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns.
• Generate ideas for reels, stories, videos, and other engaging content formats.
• Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels.

Required Skills

• 1\+ year of experience in Social Media Management.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
• Good content writing and communication skills.
• Understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
• Knowledge of Canva and basic design principles.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling tools.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency will be an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing concepts.
