About the Role

We are looking for a creative and results\-driven SMO Executive with 1 year of experience in social media optimization and management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, increasing brand awareness, and driving audience engagement for multiple client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize social media profiles across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Pinterest, and YouTube.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including posts, stories, reels, and videos.
• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with client goals and brand guidelines.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry updates.
• Increase followers, engagement, reach, and overall brand visibility through organic growth strategies.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, content writers, and marketing teams to create impactful campaigns.
• Respond to comments, messages, and customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Track, analyze, and report social media performance using relevant tools and analytics platforms.
• Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns, contests, and promotional activities.
• Maintain content calendars and ensure timely delivery of social media activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1 year of hands\-on experience in Social Media Optimization (SMO) or Social Media Management.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and paid social media advertising.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Understanding of social media algorithms and audience engagement techniques.
• Basic video editing and graphic design knowledge is a plus.
