About the Role

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and detail\-oriented Social Media Executive to manage and grow our brand’s online presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, audience engagement, and performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Plan, develop, and execute social media content calendars aligned with marketing objectives.
• Create engaging content ideas for posts, stories, reels, videos, and campaigns.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, content writers, and other team members to produce high\-quality content.
• Write compelling captions, post descriptions, and relevant hashtags.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
• Schedule and publish content consistently across platforms.
• Respond to comments, direct messages, and audience queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Track social media performance metrics, including reach, engagement, impressions, follower growth, and conversions.
• Prepare weekly and monthly social media performance reports with actionable insights.
• Support the execution of influencer collaborations, online campaigns, and brand promotions.
• Coordinate with the performance marketing team on paid social media campaigns, where required.
• Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s tone, guidelines, and communication strategy.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant social media platforms.
• Strong written communication and copywriting skills.
• Knowledge of content planning, social media analytics, and audience engagement strategies.
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, scheduling platforms, and basic analytics tools.
• Ability to identify trends and convert them into relevant content ideas.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic video editing skills using tools such as CapCut or similar applications.
• Experience creating short\-form video content, including Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, paid social media advertising, and influencer marketing.
• Familiarity with social media reporting and performance optimization.

• Social media reach and engagement growth.
• Follower growth and audience quality.
• Content publishing consistency and adherence to the content calendar.
• Content performance, including shares, saves, views, and interactions.
• Community response time and quality of engagement.
• Campaign performance and achievement of agreed marketing objectives.
