• *ZB DIGITAL** is a growing digital marketing agency in Chandigarh helping brands build their online presence. We’re looking for a motivated and creative individual who wants to start and grow a career in social media marketing.

• *Responsibilities**

\* Manage multiple social media accounts, primarily Instagram, along with Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.

\* Have hands\-on knowledge of Instagram, including uploading posts, reels, stories, scheduling content and managing multiple Instagram accounts.

\* Develop creative content ideas, understand content trends and contribute fresh concepts for reels, posts and stories.

\* Assist in planning monthly content calendars and writing engaging captions and relevant hashtags.

\* Handle daily engagement across clients’ social media accounts, including replying to comments, DMs, interacting with relevant accounts and building audience engagement.

\* Actively engage with followers, potential customers, creators and relevant communities on behalf of clients.

\* Keep track of trending audio, formats, viral content and emerging social media trends.

\* Monitor basic performance metrics such as reach, engagement and account growth.

\* Assist with Meta Ads campaigns under guidance.

• *Requirements**

\* **6 months to 1 year** of social media experience (a relevant internship is also accepted).

\* Graduate in any stream (Digital Marketing or Mass Communication preferred).

\* Good written English and Hindi.

\* Practical knowledge of Instagram and experience managing multiple social media accounts.

\* Strong creative thinking and the ability to come up with engaging and original content ideas.

\* Understanding of Instagram trends, reels, stories and audience behavior.

\* Proactive approach towards daily engagement and community management.

\* Strong mental agility, critical thinking and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.

\* Ability to multitask, take ownership and meet deadlines.
