Social Media Expert

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to oversee our organization's online presence across various social media platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing social media platforms i.e. FB, Instagram and TikTok. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape our brand image. This is a full time job work from office only.

• Monitor social media channels for customer interactions, comments, and messages; respond promptly to foster community engagement.
• Analyse performance metrics to optimise content effectiveness and campaign reach.
• Manage online reputation by addressing feedback and resolving issues in a professional manner.
