Social Media handler, videographer & editor

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and organized in house Social Media Handler, Videographer \& Video Editor to manage our brand's social media presence through engaging content creation and visual storytelling. The ideal candidate should be skilled in planning, shooting, editing, and publishing content while maintaining brand consistency across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities Social Media Management

• Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars.
• Create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms.
• Write engaging captions and coordinate with the marketing team on campaigns.
• Monitor content performance and recommend improvements based on analytics.
• Ensure all content aligns with the brand's voice and visual identity.

Content Creation

• Design and deliver **social media posts**.
• Create **high\-quality Reels**.
• Design **social media carousel posts**.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather content requirements and campaign briefs.

Videography

• Plan and execute **shoot days** at designated locations.
• Handle camera setup, lighting, framing, and audio during shoots.
• Capture high\-quality photos and videos suitable for social media and marketing purposes.

Video Editing

• Edit videos for Reels, promotional campaigns, advertisements, and other digital platforms.
• Add motion graphics, transitions, captions, music, and color correction where required.
• Deliver edited content within agreed timelines while maintaining quality standards.

Required Skills

• Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other graphic design tools.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
• Knowledge of current social media trends, short\-form video content, and storytelling techniques.
• Basic photography and videography skills, including camera handling and lighting.
• Strong organizational and time\-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet monthly content deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Design, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• 2–3 years of experience in social media management, videography, and video editing.
• Experience working with brands, agencies, or content\-driven businesses.

Performance Metrics

• Timely delivery of all monthly content.
• Quality and creativity of posts, reels, and videos.
• Engagement growth across social media platforms.
• Adherence to brand guidelines.
• Effective planning and execution of monthly shoots.

Work Location: Onsite

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
