Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Head to lead our social media strategy, strengthen brand presence, and drive audience engagement and business growth. Candidates with prior experience in the hospitality industry will be preferred.

Roles \& Responsibilities

\- Develop and execute social media strategies across relevant platforms.

\- Lead content planning, campaign management, and brand communication.

\- Oversee the creation of engaging posts, reels, videos, and promotional content.

\- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience engagement.

\- Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to improve reach and growth.

\- Coordinate with the existing social media team to ensure effective execution.

\- Take ownership of social media performance, brand positioning, and campaign results.

Required Skills \& Experience

\- Proven experience specifically as a Social Media Head.

\- Strong expertise in social media strategy, branding, and campaign management.

\- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision\-making skills.

\- Hospitality industry experience will be an added advantage.

Note: Only candidates with relevant experience as a Social Media Head are required. Candidates with experience only as a Social Media Manager will not be considered.
