We are seeking a creative and results\-driven Social Media Manager to develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, generating leads, creating engaging content, and building a strong online presence for Capeasy Consultancy and its leadership team.
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Create, schedule, and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage the personal branding and social media presence of company founders and leadership.
- Design and coordinate graphics, videos, reels, carousels, and other marketing materials.
- Monitor social media trends and implement innovative content ideas.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build community engagement.
- Track, analyze, and report social media performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
