Job Title: Social Media Manager
We are looking for a creative and data\-driven Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building our brand presence across digital platforms, creating engaging content strategies, managing online communities, and driving measurable growth through innovative social media campaigns.
You should have a strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, audience behaviour, and performance analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), and emerging channels.
- Plan, create, and manage engaging content calendars aligned with brand objectives.
- Coordinate with designers, copywriters, creators, and marketing teams to produce high\-quality content.
- Write compelling captions, social media copies, and campaign messaging.
- Monitor current trends, viral content formats, competitor activities, and industry updates.
- Manage daily posting, scheduling, and community engagement across social channels.
- Increase brand awareness, follower growth, engagement rates, and audience retention.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, collaborations, and influencer partnerships.
- Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics including reach, impressions, engagement, CTR, conversions, and follower growth.
- Optimize content strategies based on analytics and platform insights.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all social platforms.
- Stay updated with algorithm changes and new features across social media platforms.
Requirements \& Skills
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite and social media management tools.
- Basic knowledge of paid advertising (Meta Ads/LinkedIn Ads) is preferred.
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Ability to identify trends and create platform\-specific content ideas.
- Understanding of analytics, KPIs, and performance reporting.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or creative tools is an advantage.
- Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field.
- Experience working with brands, agencies, creators, or digital campaigns.
- Knowledge of SEO, influencer marketing, and content marketing is a plus.
Experience
1–3\+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content strategy.
