We are looking for a creative, energetic, and trend\-savvy Social Media Manager to lead our brand's digital presence across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about content creation, comfortable both behind the camera and in front of it, and capable of turning ideas into engaging social media content that drives brand awareness and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the company's presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms.
• Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, and short\-form videos.
• Be confident in front of the camera to create brand videos, product showcases, interviews, and promotional content.
• Handle behind\-the\-camera responsibilities such as shooting, directing, and coordinating content production.
• Capture high\-quality photos and videos during events, product launches, and day\-to\-day activities.
• Write compelling captions, scripts, and social media copy aligned with the brand voice.
• Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, and platform best practices to create relevant content.
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and build an active online community.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to execute campaigns.
• Track content performance, prepare monthly reports, and recommend improvements based on analytics.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹300,000\.00 \- ₹700,000\.00 per year
