Social Media Manager

About us

ATCO Interiors is a Mumbai\-based home interiors and furnishing company. We offer a wide range of interior and furnishing products, including soffit panels, facade cladding and exterior panels, and we work closely with architects, interior designers and homeowners. We are looking for a creative, reliable Social Media Manager to grow our brand and bring in quality leads.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and run our social media presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Pinterest
• Create and follow a monthly content calendar (product showcases, project highlights, before/after posts, tips, festive and offer posts)
• Shoot and edit reels, short videos and photos at our showroom and project sites
• Write engaging captions, hashtags and post copy in English and Hindi
• Manage and update our Google Business Profile, including photos, offers and reviews
• Respond to comments and DMs promptly and pass genuine enquiries to the sales team
• Promote showroom events and launches, including architect and designer meets
• Run basic paid campaigns (Meta Ads) to generate leads
• Build and engage with the architect and interior designer community online
• Track performance (reach, engagement, leads) and share a monthly report with suggestions

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience managing social media for a brand, preferably in interiors, real estate, furniture, décor or retail
• Good command of Canva and a video editing app (CapCut, InShot or similar)
• Comfortable shooting good\-quality content on a smartphone
• Strong written English; Hindi and Marathi are a plus
• Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager
• Good eye for design, colours and trends in interiors
• Organised, self\-driven and able to meet deadlines

Good to have

• Experience with architect or B2B\-focused content
• Basic photography or videography skills
• Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics or WhatsApp Business
