Social Media Manager

We are looking for a creative, hands\-on Social Media Manager to manage our company social media presence from content ideas and shoots through editing, publishing and audience engagement.

Location: Kandivali West, Mumbai (in person)

Job type: Full\-time

Salary: ₹2,00,000–₹3,00,000 per year, based on skills and experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage company social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Plan a content calendar with ideas for reels, videos, posts, carousels and stories.
• Plan and carry out photo and video shoots, including concepts, scripts, framing, lighting and audio.
• Edit videos and photos, add captions, subtitles and music, and create engaging graphics.
• Write captions and schedule and publish content consistently in the company brand voice.
• Respond to comments and messages and build audience engagement.
• Track reach, engagement and follower growth, report results and improve content performance.
• Stay updated on relevant trends and coordinate with the team for campaigns and company updates.

Skills and requirements

• Ability to independently handle content from idea and shoot to final edit and posting.
• Practical skills in smartphone or camera shooting and video editing.
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software.
• Strong creativity, caption writing, communication and attention to detail.
• Understanding of social media platforms, content formats and analytics.
• Good organisation and ability to meet content deadlines.
