• Own StyleSpeak's presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Plan and execute a weekly content calendar across both B2B trade and consumer tracks
• Write captions, hooks, and short\-form copy that drives saves and shares — not just likes
• Repurpose print editorial into Reels scripts, carousels, and LinkedIn posts
• Track performance weekly and iterate based on what works

Written content

• Write SEO\-optimised articles and blog posts for StyleSpeak's website
• Adapt existing print content for digital audiences without losing depth
• Create trade\-facing content: salon business tips, industry news, product education
• Create consumer\-facing content: beauty trends, technique explainers, product guides
• Brief and support the video editor on Reels and YouTube Shorts content

Nice\-to\-haves

• Background in or genuine passion for beauty, hair, or wellness
• Experience with Canva, CapCut, or basic video editing
• Has built or grown a brand or personal account before
• Familiarity with tools like Notion, Ahrefs, or SEMrush
• Hindi proficiency — useful for trade audience engagement
• Prior experience at a media house, D2C brand, or agency

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
