We are looking for a creative **Freelancer or Social Media Agency** to manage our social media presence across multiple pages and help us grow our online community through high\-quality content, engaging creatives, and effective social media management.

This is a long\-term opportunity for someone who can think strategically, create compelling content, and consistently deliver high\-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Develop monthly content plans and content calendars.
• Design professional social media creatives.
• Create engaging captions and relevant hashtags.
• Schedule and publish social media posts.
• Manage multiple social media pages.
• Create creatives for:
• Regular social media posts
• Educational content
• Employee Birthday \& Work Anniversary wishes
• Hiring \& Internship announcements
• Welcome posts for new team members
• Company updates
• Event promotions
• Festival \& holiday greetings
• Podcast promotions
• Product \& feature announcements
• Campaign creatives
• Suggest new content ideas and marketing campaigns.
• Help improve organic reach, engagement, and follower growth.
• Monitor page performance and provide periodic reports.

Requirements

We're looking for someone with

• Proven experience managing social media accounts.
• Strong graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar).
• Excellent content writing and copywriting skills.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
• Understanding of social media trends and best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Experience working with **technology, AI, software, startups, education, podcasts, or research organizations** will be an advantage.
