Caratbazaar is looking for a creative **Social Media Manager – Creative Head** who can build the brand story through strong content, fresh ideas, and different creative perspectives for different audiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop brand storytelling ideas for Instagram and other social media platforms.
- Plan content that highlights Caratbazaar from different angles, such as luxury, gifting, trust, craftsmanship, customization, founder story, and customer experience.
- Create content strategies for different target audiences and occasions.
- Plan reels, campaigns, product shoots, founder\-led videos, stories, and promotional content.
- Write creative hooks, reel concepts, captions, and campaign ideas.
- Identify new trends and adapt them in a premium, brand\-relevant way.
- Coordinate with videographers, editors, designers, influencers, and the internal team.
- Ensure every content piece maintains a premium and consistent brand identity.
Requirements
- Experience in social media strategy, creative direction, or brand content.
- Strong understanding of Instagram content, reels, storytelling, and audience behaviour.
- Ability to think creatively and present the same brand in different engaging ways.
- Experience with jewellery, fashion, beauty, luxury, or D2C brands will be preferred.
- Good communication and content planning skills.
- Understanding of influencer marketing and founder\-led content is a plus.
