Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Strategy

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
• Create monthly, quarterly, and annual social media plans.
• Identify opportunities to increase brand visibility, engagement, and community growth.
• Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats.

Content Planning \& Management

• Develop and manage content calendars across social media platforms.
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, photographers, and video editors to produce engaging content.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, messaging, and marketing campaigns.
• Oversee publishing schedules and maintain consistency across channels.

Community Management

• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, reviews, and customer interactions.
• Build and nurture online communities around Cuatro Labs brands.
• Manage brand reputation and escalate customer concerns when necessary.
• Foster audience engagement through creative campaigns and interactive content.

Campaign Management

• Plan and execute social media campaigns for product launches, promotions, seasonal campaigns, and brand awareness initiatives.
• Coordinate with performance marketing teams for paid social campaigns.
• Support influencer marketing and brand collaboration activities.
• Track campaign performance and optimize based on results.

Analytics \& Reporting

• Monitor social media performance metrics including reach, engagement, follower growth, impressions, and conversions.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Analyze competitor social media activities and industry benchmarks.

Influencer \& Brand Collaborations

• Identify and collaborate with influencers, creators, and brand partners.
• Manage influencer outreach, campaign execution, and performance tracking.
• Build long\-term relationships with creators and industry stakeholders.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
