We are looking for a highly creative and experienced **Social Media \& Influencer Marketing Expert** to join our growing marketing team.

• *Job Location** : M92\- Greater Kailash\-1, M Block, New Delhi 110048

• *Experience Required**: Minimum 2\-5Years

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Handle complete social media management across all major platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and others
• Plan, create, and execute engaging content strategies aligned with brand goals
• Coordinate content shoots, reels, behind\-the\-scenes content, testimonials, and trend\-based videos
• Work closely with doctors, creators, editors, designers, and marketing team members
• Create creative concepts for campaigns, reels, ads, stories, and brand collaborations
• Manage Meta Business Suite, scheduling, reporting, audience engagement, and performance tracking
• Execute influencer marketing campaigns from planning to collaboration execution
• Approach and coordinate with influencers, bloggers, creators, and celebrities for partnerships
• Build and maintain influencer databases and relationship management
• Manage WhatsApp API marketing campaigns and customer engagement workflows
• Handle CRM coordination, lead follow\-ups, and marketing data organization
• Use AI tools for content creation, scripting, captions, idea generation, automation, and workflow optimization
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and brand activities
• Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and viral content formats

Skills \& Requirements

• Strong understanding of social media growth strategies and audience engagement
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager \& Meta Business Suite
• Knowledge of AI tools for content and marketing automation
• Strong communication and influencer handling skills
• Creative mindset with strong aesthetic sense and content vision
• Experience in beauty, skincare, fashion, luxury, or aesthetic industry is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
• Strong team coordination and leadership skills
