We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee our company’s social media presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing social media campaigns, and analyzing performance to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
*Key Responsibilities**
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals
Create, curate, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos) across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (formerly Twitter)
Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices
Manage daily posting schedules and community engagement (comments, messages, reviews)
Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams
Track and analyze performance metrics using analytics tools
Run paid social media campaigns and optimize for ROI
Respond to customer inquiries and maintain brand voice
*Required Skills \& Qualifications**
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
Proven experience managing social media accounts professionally
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
Knowledge of social media analytics tools and scheduling platforms
Creativity and understanding of current digital trends
Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools is a plus
