- *Job Overview:** Disruptive by Design is a creative agency specialising in digital marketing, design services, and event experiences. We’re looking for a sharp, self\-driven individual who can manage social media and design for multiple client brands — as well as for us — while also stepping into an EA role to keep client relationships and internal operations running smoothly.
- **Manage social media — for clients \& us:** Run Instagram \& Facebook accounts for multiple client brands — content calendars, scheduling, engagement, growth, and reporting
- **Design creatives — for clients \& us:** Banners, posters, stories, reels covers, and WhatsApp shareables across multiple client brands — adapting to each brand’s identity
- **Write \& curate content:** Captions, campaign copies, and content briefs — switching voice and tone fluidly across different client brands in English and Hindi
- **Client coordination \& follow\-ups:** Be the first point of contact for clients — share updates, collect approvals, manage feedback, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- **Event support:** Assist in event promotions, on\-ground social coverage, and post\-event content for clients and internal events
- **EA responsibilities:** Scheduling, task tracking, vendor coordination, and keeping the team and client deliverables organised and on track
- *What We’re Looking For:**
✓ Strong design eye and content sense — you know what looks good and what gets engagement
✓ Ability to handle multiple client accounts at once — organised, deadline\-aware, and consistent
✓ Fluent in English and Hindi — both written and spoken, casual and professional
✓ Comfortable handling clients — confident, polite, and proactive in follow\-ups
✓ Hands\-on with Instagram and Facebook — content strategy, scheduling, analytics, and trends
✓ Organised and reliable — someone who closes loops without being reminded
✓ Comfortable in a fast\-moving creative environment — adaptable and solution\-oriented
