Fly Media Technology is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to join our team. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with fresh ideas, understands the world of social media, and wants to help brands grow their online presence.

From writing engaging captions to planning content and exploring new trends, you’ll be part of a team that brings ideas to life across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Create fun, engaging, and meaningful content that catches people's attention and encourages them to interact.
• Write catchy captions, scroll\-stopping hooks, social media posts, and creative scripts for Reels and videos.
• Explore trending topics, viral Reels, and popular content formats to bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Plan, schedule, and publish content regularly across different social media platforms.
• Research relevant hashtags, keywords, and trends to help content reach the right audience.
• Work closely with graphic designers and video editors to turn your ideas into creative posts and videos.
• Keep the content calendar organized and make sure everything is published on time.
• Monitor likes, comments, shares, reach, and engagement to understand what people enjoy the most.
• Stay curious about new social media features, trends, and changing audience interests.

What We’re Looking For

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Good English writing and communication skills.
• A creative mindset and a genuine interest in social media.
• An understanding of what makes content interesting and encourages people to engage.
• Someone who enjoys exploring trends and coming up with new ideas.
• The ability to manage work, meet deadlines, and collaborate with a team.
