Social Media Manager

This is a full\-time on\-site role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist at Fly media Technology . The specialist will be responsible for managing social media marketing , creating social media content, implementing digital marketing strategies, and communicating with the target audience.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Plan, create, and manage content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Design visually appealing creatives (posts, stories, banners, etc.) using tools like Canva, or similar
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports
• Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices.

• *Requirements:**

• 1 years to 2 years of experience in social media management
• Strong understanding of content trends, reels, and platform algorithms
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
