• *Role Overview**

We are looking for a sharp, creative Social Media Manager to own our digital presence — someone who understands the wellness space, can translate clinical credibility into compelling content, and drives measurable growth across platforms.

• *Key Responsibilities**

· Own the social media strategy and calendar across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube

· Create and manage content — reels, stories, posts, and videos — that balance clinical authority with aspirational lifestyle appeal

· Collaborate with designers, doctors, and influencers to produce content that builds trust and drives leads

· Monitor wellness and aesthetics trends and translate them into timely, on\-brand content

· Run and optimise paid social campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness

· Track performance metrics and report regularly on what's working and what's not

· Manage community engagement — comments, DMs, and reviews — with speed and professionalism

• *Key Requirements**

· 5–6 years in social media management, preferably in wellness, fitness, healthcare, or lifestyle

· Strong content instinct — you think in visuals, hooks, and narratives, not just posts

· Hands\-on with Meta Business Suite, Canva, and Google Analytics

· Basic understanding of performance marketing is a plus

· Detail\-oriented, self\-driven, and comfortable working in a fast\-moving clinical brand environment.
