Position: Social Media Manager

• *Experience:** 2\+ Years
• *Employment Type:** Full\-Time
• *Salary:** ₹15,000 – ₹50,000 (Based on Skills \& Experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
• Create monthly content calendars and campaign plans.
• Manage daily posting, audience engagement, and community management.
• Develop creative campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
• Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for social media creatives.
• Run and optimize Meta (Facebook \& Instagram) advertising campaigns.
• Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activities.
• Track campaign performance using Meta Business Suite and analytics tools.
• Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Social Media Management.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube platforms.
• Experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
• Knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling tools.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to branding and current trends.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
