Role Overview
Hegxcorp is looking for a creative, data\-driven Social Media Manager to own our brand presence across all platforms. You’ll build community, drive engagement, and turn followers into leads \+ customers. This role blends content creation, strategy, and analytics to grow Hegxcorp’s voice in B2B/tech space.
Key Responsibilities
1\. Strategy \& Growth
\- Develop and execute monthly social media strategy for LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, YouTube, and others relevant to Hegxcorp’s audience
\- Plan content calendars aligned with product launches, campaigns, and industry trends
\- Identify growth opportunities, hashtags, trends, and collaborations to increase reach
2\. Content Creation \& Management
\- Write engaging copy \+ oversee design of posts, reels, carousels, videos, and infographics
\- Coordinate with designers/video editors for platform\-specific creatives
\- Maintain consistent brand tone, voice, and visual identity across all channels
\- Repurpose blog/website content into snackable social formats
3\. Community \& Engagement
\- Monitor comments, DMs, mentions and respond professionally to build community
\- Engage with industry influencers, partners, and target audience daily
\- Run polls, Q\&As, contests to boost interaction
4\. Paid Campaigns \& Analytics
\- Plan and manage paid social ads on LinkedIn/Instagram/Meta Ads Manager
\- Track KPIs: engagement rate, follower growth, CTR, leads, conversions
\- Use tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Sprout Social to report performance weekly/monthly
\- A/B test creatives, copy, posting times for optimization
Required Skills
\- 3\-5 years experience managing brand social accounts, preferably B2B/SaaS/tech
\- Strong copywriting skills \+ understanding of platform algorithms
\- Hands\-on with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express or similar design tools
\- Experience running paid campaigns with ROI focus
\- Analytical mindset: you know what metrics matter and why
\- Up\-to\-date on social trends, memes, and platform updates
Pay: ₹12,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
